Order, Payment, Shipping, Returns and Refunds

We support credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery.

Your payment might have failed due to various reasons. It could be your card or an issue at the bank’s end. Please try again with a different card or a different method of payment.

We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over 150 AED to customers all across UAE.

It usually takes around 2 – 5 days for the order to be delivered.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping. However, we will always do our best to ship your product as soon as we can!

Once the order is dispatched, we will keep you notified through your email about the most recent status updates about your shipment.

Please email us at care@babyamore.ae or leave a message in the chat with your Order ID and correct address.

If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will review the address. If the order has already been shipped, we will try our best to get our courier partner to deliver to the new address. If things goes sideways, we will refund your amount back once we receive the package back to our warehouse.

With out Easy return policy, you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 7 days of its delivery. Just make sure the product is not opened/used. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

Please raise your concern at care@babyamore.ae or leave a message in the chat with your Order ID. If the product was damaged upon delivery, we will take it back and exchange it with a new one. In case if the product is not in stock with us, we will refund the amount back to your bank account or as reward points.
At Baby Amore, we maintain a very high level of quality control and till date, we receive minimal complaints about the quality of our packaging. Less than 1% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged. To ensure your products remain undamaged during the shipping process, we use the best possible packing material.

You will be notified through your email once the refund has been initiated. It can take upto 5 – 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account after we initiate the refund. Refund for cancelled orders will be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation.

If you are returning a product, refund will be initiated after we receive the product at our warehouse.

If the order has not been shipped out yet, you can cancel the order right from your My Account > Orders page. Click on the link below to visit the page:
If the order has already been shipped, our courier partner might still attempt a delivery. Kindly do not accept the order. Refund will be initiated once we receive the product(s) back at our warehouse.

No, we don’t accept orders via phone. We suggest you make the order yourself from our website.

Reward Points & Coupons

For every order you make, we provide a cashback of 5% as reward points back to your account. You can use these points to get a discount on your future orders. Likewise, you get rewarded when you share, review our products and when you refer a friend.

Your reward points are automatically redeemed on your cart when you checkout.

Unfortunately no. Only one mode of discount can be availed at a time.

We apologize. We are currently not giving away user specific coupons. However you can catch the current sales, coupons and offers from our home page banners 🙂

Have you tried using the search bar? If you still can’t find the product, it is likely to be out of stock. Please leave a message in the chat so that we would know you want the product.

Stocks are usually replenished in a span of 1-2 weeks. However some products might take a long time to be restocked. Notify us about the product you are looking for through the chat, and we will try to get it back on stock 🙂

We at Baby Amore are fully dedicated to our customers satisfaction. We assure you that our products are 100% genuine and authentic. We do not accept any grey market products. We buy our inventory only from authorized distributors of the brand or directly from the manufacturers.

Our products are imported from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Turkey, Ireland to name a few. We are the official importers of most of the products and we source the rest for authorized importers.
